"Tough Times Never Last, Only TUFF People Ever Last. Reblublebulm!"

This will be a short post. I woke up from a re-occuring nightmare of an ex-girlfriend. We broke up six years ago. She’s alive, but I haven’t spoken to her in that time. For endless reasons. It would be a terrible idea.

My subconscience is coping with something. My logic and reasoning will get past that.

I will use these nightmares to get ahead. I will have more posts this week, after a few week hiayutus. I will get further in my personal projects. I will work hard. I will succeed, because I am tuff.

It’s April 2, the start of the holy month of Ramadan. Unfortunately, it marks the 400% increase in chance of Holy War. Eleven “infidels” dead for the crime of living somewhere and not bowing down to the Ayatollah. Jews, Christians and Druze, told they are Zionist Israelis by the terrorist supporters online. This war happens every year, and we’re (almost) all sick of it. So we go on with our lives.

Ironically, a month ago I was concerned. I told my Muslim friends, “I love you. I love the idea of this holiday. But you need to understand, it marks violence where I live.” I wondered if my trip to Amsterdam would get cancelled.

Today, I feel strong and confident. Ready to wrestle angels. My subconscience is stuck on trivial thoughts of a relationship from the past. Thinking of a deceased relationship that carries less importance than anything actually happening in my life. As if, I’m so not concerned by what is (actually) going on around me, that I’m making up something up to worry about.

I’m remembering the quote I used to title this post. I don’t know if it’s based on a proverb. I know an inspirational video followed by alien noises. And I love it.

Inspiration + comedy = next level.

Adversity can be used to keep you down. Or it can be a motivator.

There are victims and survivors. We must always choose to be survivors.

Almost 80 years ago half of the world’s Jews were massacred in the Shoa. And then we prospered. We made revolutionary inventions, many from neccessity. When we were driven underground by missiles, we made self-sustaining hospitals. When we were in need of water, we learned to extract it from the seas. When we needed food, we didn’t beg a world that had forgotten us, we planted seeds and made our own. We are survivors.

Almost 75 years ago Arabs were conned into leaving their homes by the Grand Mufti and other horrorific leaders, out of fear of Jewish survivors. They have now had four generations of victims. Whining about how ‘their victimhood is more important than the Yahoods fake victimhood.’ Playing the unneccessary game of Oppression Olympics on every outlet, to cover up underlying religious prosthetilization. I love my neighbors, but I am over this “Who’s the real victim” narrative. I only care about who are the survivors. Who will praise life alongside us?

We must live. To anger those who want us dead. To anger those who wish death upon themselves. To revel in our privlidges. To live. An unexamined life is not worth living. Nor is a victim’s life.

Today we are alive. So we work and play. We wonder. We live.

“Life is a very difficult exam. Many people are failing because they want to copy from others. Not realizing, everyone has a different (question) paper. HAIBLBLBLBLBL!”

That’s another quote from this guru meets alien. And it also carries truth. There is importance in uniqueness and creativity, beyond the standard need for takiing adversity and using it as a motivator.

I’m probably sounding like, “Live, laugh, love,” at this point. So will leave it. Here’s a link that includes both quotes, not the original source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZgHEM32xKo
