The Keffiyah, Pal-Chilean and Pop Star-Politician Farce

After another Coachella weekend, typical race-baiting media sources rushed to produce content about Elyanna, a self-described “Palestinian-Chilean pop star,” for her courage in wearing a scarf. Sorry, I meant a black and white scarf associated with Egypt’s Arafat, starting from the 1960s. So courageous!

As per usual, this content claimed that the keffiyah is a “Palestinian (resistance) symbol,” despite that it is banned in Gaza, and Palestinians arrest those who wear it. Hamas and the other Irani-Palestinian proxies (Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah) banning the keffiyah has not gotten in the way of it being a Palestinian symbol, nor the fact you can buy a keffiyah in almost any market in Israel. Since you’re far more likely to run into a left-leaning Anglo wearing this scarf than an Arab, it is somehow news worthy when it happens.

Claims of Palestinian thobs and jillayehs undermine distinct Arab cultures for pan-Arabism. These claims amount to, “Well, actually, the warring Arab tribes all identified as Palestinians! [citaiton nonexistent]” One would consider such a blatant lie offensive with any other culture. For example, Jews are aware of which traditions are Ashkenasi, Sephardic, Mizrahi. If someone wrote that Mimouna, the post-seder meal observed by Morroccan Jews, was a “Zionist tradition,” we might get offended. Such bastardization of history is normal among a group regularly trying to ‘glorify martyrs,’ who, location aside, are indistinguishable from drunk drivers.

The fact that mislabeling a culture is offensive is precisely why our haters label distinct Jewish traditions as Zionistic. Our haters love to post cartoons depicting the death of Jews via a Megan David, but are careful to insist that the symbol, known commonly as the Jewish Star, somehow represents Zionism. They conveniently leave out the blue parallel lines that could make it a symbol for Zionism or Israel. Remember, the Palestinian keffiyah is banned by Palestinians. The Israeli flag is waved proudly by far-left and far-right.

As many beg for #FreePalestine to be seen as a progressive movement, this recent attempt backfired hardcore. Most #FreePaletine pages refused to celebrate Elyanna. A few did. They had the expected respons: Islamists claiming it is forbidden for women to sing and show skin (some screenshots at end). These comments speak to the “freedom” sought by “Palestine supporters” not aligning with secular values.

Elyanna simply was not as exciting to the #FreePalestine reputation as, let’s say, a teen in Mauratania quitting a tournament when they learn they are to compete against a Jew. The latter would get multiple posts.

What the #FreePal cult chooses to discuss (99% blood libel) and what they refuse to even acknowledge (Holocaust, child suicide bombers, decemation of Christian populations under Palestinian control, Grand Mufti, terror tunnels, endless refugee status, democracy etc.) is just as interesting as the comments on their posts. Readers are as interested in comments as the original posts. So, while Elyanna and the cult focus on the scarf, I will focus on why there are “Palestinians” in Chile, why taking politics from pop stars is certified insane, and how the #FreePal (TM) cult resopnds to such attention.

Cults are not fans of facts. So the number of Elyanna and #FreePal fans who researched why there are “Palestinian Chileans” likely approaches 0%. This is a topic Latin Americans are more likely to know about than my Anglo readers, so here is a Wiki summary: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinians_in_Chile

It does not take a history expert nor mathematician to know that the Crimean War (1853-1856) happened two decades prior to Zionism’s origin (1870s). Russia was the driving force for Arabs to flee the Levant, well before Arabs identified as Palestinians. One might expect that someone who wants retribution for these actions would focus on Russia… if they had never encountered the #FreePal cult prior. Instead of mentioning the actions of Russia, or Chile, their focus now and forever will remain the Jews. Since when Arafat was trained by the KGB until today, and likely for the rest of my life, the leaders of Palestine (PA, Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah) continue to shill for Russia in their conflicts not limited to Syria and Ukraine.

Knowing the average #FreePal supporter will glady look past Russia’s involvement in the Levant region, it’s no surprise they look past other explicit factors for Arab migration to Chile, such as instability and economic crises. The antizionist narrative is that there was peace and prosperity before Zionism, so no amount of first person accounts will change that. Hell, I’ve provided lists of Arab violence towards Jews in this region, before Israel. It was never met with, “Oh, I guess my fantasy of peace before {{Zionists}} is nonsense. Maybe I should have known from the ongoing civil war in all the countries without them”. Chile’s largest paper wrote a racist tirade about Arabs, coming out of impovershed conditions. The super-specific pull by El Mercurio (1911), saying these people “are more dirty than the dogs of Constantinople” is a whataboutism, a word the cult takes to mean, “Whatabout the Jews? Anything else is irrelevant!”

The list of whataboutisms go on. Some big ones a rational person might consider: Why are refugees from Syria called Palestinian, while the #FreePalestine maps only depict Israeli land? Why are there Palestinian “refugee camps” in entirely Palestinian controlled land, such as the eight in Gaza? Does this not depict them as distinct Arab tribes, with unique origins and dialect, rather than one identity? At what point are they not a Palestinian and considered Chilean? Or my favorite question nobody would dare ask: If these Christian Arabs come from Bethlehem, Beit Jala and Beit Sahour, all cities under continuous Arab control, then doesn’t their expulsion just point to Islamist ties to the Palestine narrative?

Ironically, Elyanna came from Nazareth, Israel. She had rights as an Arab Israeli that she would miss if her dream Palestinian state had control. Palestine would forbid a Chilean, since they have laws banning non-Arabs. I’ve previously written about this topic, so I’ll spare you the details. Besides, you already know the #FreePal narrative is very heavy on “It is OK to murder illegal immigrants since they’re breaking international law.” Palestine would also likely forbid her from coed dancing. She’d have to get to Israel for that.

Israel is the only country in the entirety of MENA with a growing Christian population. So it’s no surprise that Christians from Nazareth, Elyanna’s hometown, are flocking to defend their rights by joining the IDF. Sadly, Yoseph Haddad, an Arab Israeli from Nazareth who volunteered in the IDF, and was injured by the #FreePalestine Hezbolla brigade, will never be championed as being as brave as an overpaid pop star showing her ass on TV, while defiantly… wearing a scarf.

Elyanna is not the only ultra-confused #FreePal (TM) celebrity, who profits by ignoring the ongoing Hamas-Fatah War to focus on exposing {{Zionists}}. We have tons of these undereducated ‘antizionist not antisemite’ chumps:

  • Ana Tijoux, a Chilean-French rapper, has championed the Palestine cause. She is a feminist! Just dont expect any content on the rampant abuses of women by Palestinian and Arab leaders. Ignore that she dresses in a way that would certainly get her lynched in Area A.

  • Shortly after dating Anwar Hadid (Arab-Dutch American), Dua Lipa (Albanian-English American) responded to Hamas’s repeat missile launches at Israel with the expected claims of it being a resistance… that might happen to kill their own.

  • Skrillex recently released a banger with a Palestinian singer, Na Barghoutii. It happens to be about peacefully bringing AK-47s to Jerusalem for weddings… for reasons.

  • SAMA, a great techno DJ, got her start at Tel Aviv clubs like The Block. She then made it big internationally by dissing Israeli clubs, like The Block. She eventaully decided to move away from associations with the Palestinian identity, probably because the PA arrested her for playing music in Jericho.

  • Roger Waters… has so many articles about his antisemitism it’s not even fun to write about. You can listen to him rant about how Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is complicated instead.

The truest #FreePa Celebrity is not one of these pop stars. No. It is not even Mark Ruffalo or some other untalented, pandering celeb. No, it is even less talented individuals: the Hadid family.

Their patriach, Mohamed Hadid, has a questionable origin story. He is known for building opulent mansions for the ultra rich, while ignoring the impovershed Arabs he could afford to help. What is more #FreePal than questionable origins and taking from the poor to give to the rich? That’s rhetorical, but I have some answers. Mo also built his $50M home illegally, since property rights are not so important. Also, Farrakhan aside, Mo is the face of online blood libel, regularly posting false information and Holocaust inversion.

His daughters are arguably among the most famous people on Earth. The younger, Bella, was forced to undergo plastic surgery at 14. Some might argue that’s child abuse. Others argue it’s how she managed to be the face of prestigious brands like… Balenciaga.

Bella currently has ~60M followers on Instagram, Gigi 78M, as opposed to 15M Jews total, today. Despite this, if you look up either supermodel, with followings 4 times more than there are Jews, you will find loads of content about how they were cEnSoReD for trying to #FreePalestine. Likewise, at the height of #FreePalestine hashtag in 2021, when it was the #1 most trending thing across social media, the cult claimed they were being censored. Somehow, being the most talked about thing equates to censorship.

Between vacations and jobs in Israel, there was an important story in what the Hadid’s could not say, because of the visceral reaction from their supporters. In 2022, Gigi Hadid made the unforgivable mistake of misrepresenting the #FreePalestine movement. The #FreePalestine cult responded as expected, violently threatening their own member and correcting the “Zionist shill.”

If you’re not familiar with the story, you probably are wondering what Gigi said to offend her own people. If you’re too lazy to click the link above, her regretful post wrote, "I would like to say that terrorism goes against the true message of the Free Palestine Movement. What happened in Tel Aviv is a tragedy, and is disappointing to Palestinians who want peace and fairness for all - regardless of religion, race or politics. Innocent Israelis don't deserve to die." She clearly was not listening to Palestinians. In just a few hours it was removed.
